Futbolcularda Uygulanan Kuru Kupa Uygulamasının Bazı Performans Parametrelerine Akut Etkisi

Objective: This study aimed to examine the acute effect of dry cupping therapy applied hamstring muscle in footballers on flexibility, jumping, strength and range motion.Materials Methods: 25 male athletes with an average age 18.80 ± 0.41 U-19 football team, one infrastructure teams Yukatel Denizlispor club, voluntarily participated this study. Soccer players first evaluated motion, jumping tests bilaterally. All were administered a 10-minute along bilaterally after their initial change. Then all assessments repeated data recorded.Results: Dry was found have statistically significant flexibility parameter bilateral knee flexion hip extension motion (p>0.05). no parameters extension, which (p>0.05).Conclusion: We concluded that, is useful method as non-invasive, easy-to-apply economical complementary medicine application increase players.
